About the Team:

  • The team owns end-to-end core product experiences and the conductor platform that powers our AI.
  • Our vision is to deliver the most intuitive conversational experience, empowering users worldwide to effortlessly generate content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolve frontend architecture of our AI platform, ensuring seamless scaling and feature integration across products.
  • Drive critical projects from idea to production, introducing AI to new surfaces including the editor.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices to elevate frontend engineering standards.

What You'll Do:

  1. Establish yourself as a trusted technical leader—resolving technical debt and earning credibility through impact.
  2. Re-architect AI's frontend foundation to enable seamless integration of capabilities like "Ask".
  3. Design scalable frameworks that empower teams to build into AI independently.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve AI into a unified, accessible platform meeting real user needs.
  5. Mentor engineers and champion best practices.

Requirements:

  • You're an experienced technical leader who still writes code.
  • You bring a full-stack mindset with deep frontend expertise, comfortable flexing into backend or ML.
  • You think strategically, connecting your work to company-wide priorities and scaling solutions.
