Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and support the store team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on Badu Island.
- Build solid working relationships with key stakeholders and service providers in the community.
- Assist the business development team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain company assets to an acceptable standard.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Retail Management leadership.
- Knowledge and experience in forecasting, analysis, and staff rostering.
- Strong track record in delivering results, implementing business strategy, and continually driving outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Stock inventory control and management.
- Community-mindedness with a passion to make positive differences.
