We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the completion of various landscape duties, including hard landscaping projects such as paving, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, and timberworks.
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including trailers, chainsaws, laser levels, grinders, and other power tools as required.
  • Safely operate vehicles such as light trucks/utes and trailer combinations.

Daily Tasks:

  • Set up and maintain vehicles with supplies and equipment as required for project commencement and completion.
  • Complete and submit paperwork in line with company standards, including job sheets, variations, logistical information, timesheets, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including worksites, workshops, and equipment.
  • Routinely interact with clients to answer questions, respond to requests, and ensure client satisfaction under the supervision of the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Three years of landscaping experience or in a similar construction industry.
  • Literacy skills.
  • Working knowledge of landscaping standards.
  • Strong communication, job planning, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude skills.
