Job Opportunity in Mental Health Services

Mental health clinicians play a vital role in delivering comprehensive services to consumers in regional areas. As a mental health clinician, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating mental health services that cater to the diverse needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, consumer-centered care that is grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to innovation and flexibility in addressing complex mental health issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to manage caseloads and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • A recognized qualification in social work, occupational therapy, or psychology at the AHP2 level.
  • Registration as a nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a qualification in mental health practice at the RN2 level.
  • Commitment to providing care that is centered on the consumer and family, within an evidence-based framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
