Job Responsibilities:
- Create positive experiences for every piercing client
- Educate clients on after-care, check-ups, and jewelry resizing
- Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed standards
- Develop a piercing community between the store and customers to foster loyal relationships
- Support the Retail and Salon teams during non-piercing periods
Requirements:
- 1+ year of ear piercing industry experience
- Infection Control Certification
- Experience in best practice hygiene protocols
- Thorough understanding of piercing types and jewelry
- Strong interest and understanding of piercing trends
- Excellent organizational skills
