Job Overview

This critical position involves ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of truck movements across operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transport safety and compliance initiatives, with a strong focus on Chain of Responsibility legislation in NSW.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Transport Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport coordination or truck allocation, with a strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility and NHVR regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule trucks across multiple sites and projects
  • Ensure all drivers comply with NSW Chain of Responsibility laws
  • Monitor driver fatigue, load limits, and vehicle maintenance
  • Liaise with site supervisors and transport providers to meet delivery deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of truck movements and compliance
  • Provide guidance and support to drivers on CoR responsibilities

Requirements
