About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Apprentice Glazier to join our Townsville Windows and Doors team. This is a fantastic opportunity for school leavers or those looking to start a career in the manufacturing and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced tradespeople in the fabrication and installation of windows and doors
• Gain hands-on experience in glass handling, cutting, and processing
• Develop skills in residential and commercial glazing
• Work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our business

• 38 hours/week with monthly paid rostered day off (RDO)
• Training and supervision from experienced tradespeople

Requirements

• A good level of physical fitness and commitment to maintaining health and wellbeing
• A genuine interest and motivation to pursue a career in manufacturing and construction
• A strong willingness to learn and develop skills
• A current 'C' class driver's licence (own vehicle) or demonstrated progress towards obtaining this licence
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening test
