Sales Strategy Director

This key leadership role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve predetermined revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 State Team Leaders and an Insyte Administrator Made to Measure (M2M) to attain high-performance sales & KPI outcomes
- Provide operational support to store M2M operations & ensure compliance with established procedures
- Manage recruitment, training & development for the M2M team to enhance their capabilities
- Analyse data & reports, utilising strong Excel skills with pivot tables & VLookups, to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Optimise M2M systems & processes to boost efficiency
- Foster alignment between supplier relationships and business objectives
- Promote a positive & safety-focused work environment
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10+ years of overall retail big box experience, 5 to 7 years of team management experience, robust analytical & problem-solving skills, proven ability to coach, mentor & motivate teams, exceptional communication, planning & organisational skills, and a solid understanding of business financials.
