Job Title: Product Examiner

About the Role:

The product quality assurance specialist will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the external quality of cat litter products. The role focuses on visual and structural inspection of finished goods to ensure consistency, presentation, and compliance with internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine clumping cat litter products for visible or structural defects, including shape consistency, moisture variation, and packaging integrity.
  • Record and classify inspection results using quality control documentation systems.
  • Approve or reject batches based on appearance and conformity checks.
  • Collaborate with production staff to rectify visible defects and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain records of measuring tools used in physical inspection.
  • Conduct product specifications and take measurements to determine conformity to specifications.
