Culinary Excellence in Aged Care
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
- Develop and implement creative menus in collaboration with our dietitian
- Lead and manage the Hospitality Team, including recruitment, rostering, performance management, and staff training
- Proven experience from a dynamic aged care or healthcare setting
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Certified as a Food Safety Supervisor
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Able to manage budgets and labour costs effectively
- Familiarity with IDDSI framework and its practical application
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
