Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Liquor Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

  • Engage with customers to share product knowledge and create memorable experiences
  • Advocate for loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits and product offerings
  • Maintain stock levels to ensure customers have the best choices available
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines

About This Role

To be successful in this position, you should be passionate about people and drinks, have good communication skills, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You should also be confident in interacting with customers and have a strong ability to multitask.
