Chief Cost Control Specialist

The role of Financial Analyst at our organization is a critical position that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Maintain accurate product costs by ensuring all costs are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of annual product budgets by analyzing historical data and forecasting future trends.
- Provide pricing and costing analysis to support business opportunities and decisions by using data and market research to inform recommendations.
- Ensure the master database is kept up to date and accurate by regularly reviewing and updating records.
- Provide accurate reports and reconciliations for various areas of the business by utilizing financial software and tools.
- Calculate customer rebates and accruals and price amendments by analyzing sales data and applying relevant policies.
- Maintain process and procedure documentation relating to the role by keeping all relevant documents up to date and easily accessible.
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field, as well as certification as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
Experience in costing products in a manufacturing environment and possession of good attention to detail, high critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and good computer literacy skills and comfort with various types of technology are essential.
