Director of Project Finance and Strategy

We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead our development project's financing, analysis, procurement and delivery negotiation initiatives.
- Oversee financial modelling, business case analysis, managing government bids, and ensuring a cohesive contracting approach across multiple projects to enhance efficiency and streamlined operations.
- Lead all commercial and financial activities for power development and construction projects, including contracting and capital financing.
- Coordinate project financial modelling and manage commercial procurement, negotiating contracts with OEMs and BOP counterparties.
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 15 years in project financing and infrastructure procurement, ideally from a energy utility, BIG4 or investment banking background.
- Substantial experience at a senior commercial level, with a proven track record in establishing and managing high-value contracts on infrastructure projects exceeding $500 million in value.
