Our organization seeks a skilled professional for a senior verification role.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems in secure environments through the development and implementation of verification and validation frameworks, plans, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement V&V frameworks, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with defence and federal standards.
  • Analyse customer needs and convert them into robust system test strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute V&V activities across system and component levels for mission-critical applications.
  • Conduct defect analysis, troubleshoot issues, and deliver comprehensive test reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align testing activities with project objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in systems or test engineering, ideally within defence or federal government projects.
  • Technical expertise: strong knowledge of V&V methodologies, systems engineering lifecycle, and tools such as ALM or Jira.
  • Domain knowledge: familiarity with data centre infrastructure and enterprise applications; defence experience highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and produce clear, concise documentation.
