This Opportunity is a hybrid role based at our Support Office in Ballarat and South Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times to internal and external stakeholders of Petstock. Ensure timely follow-up on all store requests.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and improve Cognos Reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI.
  • Write SQL queries and procedures using T-SQL and Informix SQL.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to develop and deliver suitable reporting solutions.
  • Develop ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS.
  • Drive day-to-day operations of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
  • Assist in identifying improvements and strategic direction of the tech stack.
  • Lead technical discussions and ensure adequate solutions.
  • Identify new areas and processes that require improvement, investigate potential solutions, and present them to the development process.
  • Support various departments in resolving systems and process issues.
Requirements

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

If you have experience developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Cognos, or similar, advanced query skills with T-SQL, and an IT/Business degree qualification or relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.
