About the Position

We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team, working in both Aldinga and Victor Harbor locations. As a Support Professional, you will work under the guidance of our experienced care specialists and be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to support individuals in their daily living
  • Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect

Requirements

  • Current influenza vaccination is mandatory
  • National Police Clearance (less than 2 years old)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
