Role Summary

The Investment Manager leads the offline investment team to deliver exceptional client portfolio results, including major client negotiations and delivery.

This role provides high-quality client service, maintains a cohesive team environment, and reports to a Director. The Investment Manager develops an Executive and Coordinator, oversees their output, and provides regular feedback. They also support the Investment leads on various agency projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the Spark Activation Model & Philosophy across all channels to purchase offline campaigns.
  • Manage client relationships and conduct market analysis.
  • Develop and manage team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, preferably with digital experience.
  • Strong media buying experience across all offline channels; digital experience is beneficial.
  • Experience managing at least one team member and proficiency in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Deep media understanding with experience in media planning and measurement tools.
