Industry Administrator Role for Heavy Equipment Maintenance

The role of Warranty Service Administrator offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading materials handling OEM in Sydney. As a key member of the national service team, you will be responsible for performing warranty administration tasks, including collating information for warranty claims and providing ongoing reporting on warranty WIP status and credit returns.
With a strong focus on customer service and relationship building, this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a national client base and enjoy a busy and rewarding role coordinating claims across different teams.
