Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring sales performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing regular coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Oversee recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain a customer-centric culture by promoting Cue's Art of Sales training and ensuring staff adhere to company standards.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and security protocols are maintained to provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage stock transfers to optimize inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize store rostering and control wage expenditure.
  • Monitor store expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Store Manager role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting the setup and launch of new stores, including layout, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and monitor performance metrics.
