Midwifery Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Midwife to join our community health service in Portland, providing high-quality maternity care to the local community and surrounding areas.

Your Role

  • Deliver comprehensive midwifery care throughout the continuum of maternity care to the Portland community and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate as part of a small team of midwives to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Recognize and respect the needs, dignity, culture, and values of patients and their families/carers.
  • Participate in a 53-week graduate program with paid study days and ongoing professional development opportunities.

About You

  • You will be a registered midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and maintain ongoing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, including maintenance of a Professional Portfolio.
