Post Placement Support Consultant Job

 

The role of a Post Placement Support Consultant involves providing ongoing support to individuals in employment, identifying barriers and developing solutions to maintain long-term employment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent and proactive support through regular contact with employed participants.
  • Maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Preparing and submitting claim evidence and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identifying and recommending additional training, resources or support services based on individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
