We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional and personalized service to customers, helping them find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Sales: Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
  • Operational Tasks: Complete operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Skills: Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to work productively, both on your own and as part of a team, with good attention to detail.
