We are seeking a Senior Product Business Analyst to join our Product team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap by leading the functional and operational product requirements process across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and plan requirements for strategic initiatives.
  • Agile Management: Act as the Product Owner to lead backlog refinement and sprint planning, managing the day-to-day operational cadence of the product team.
  • Testing & Validation: Plan and coordinate testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Documentation: Translate business needs into structured content and knowledge bases using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce business reports and dashboards to support measurement and tracking of product delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital product management role within an Agile team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate requirements clearly to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and data.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in data-related products and features.
  • Familiarity with digital audience analytics and operational tools such as WordPress, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and Figma.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flags).
