About the Role:

Randstad is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Precast Labourers at a Concrete Precast Yard in a leading supplier of aggregates, concrete, and concrete pipe products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of concrete precast elements, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to clients.
  • Manual lifting and carrying of heavy materials, adhering to strict safety protocols to prevent injuries.
  • Operate machinery under supervision, following established procedures to ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in construction and manual labor is highly desirable.
  • Good mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions are essential.
  • A valid C-Class Driver's License and White Card are mandatory.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor are required.
  • Commitment to workplace safety procedures and ability to work well within a team are essential.
  • Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test is required.
