We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team.

The role involves working on a program of upgrades and renewal works to treatment plants, pipelines & pump stations in various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing safe and effective plans, supporting the preparation and delivery of handover and completion documentation, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate commissioning activities to minimize plant disruption.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of handover and completion documentation.
  • Provide support to project teams, vendors, subcontractors and designers to enable safe and compliant precommissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Develop and manage hold witness points, training punchlists and track the closeout of issues and defects.
  • Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of activities, recording completed work, costs, materials used and maintaining progress documentation.
  • Assist with supplier and subcontractor reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance and adherence to standards and agreements.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and planning authorities to ensure satisfactory project completion and documentation requirements are met.
  • Plan future project requirements with teams, including plant labor and preparatory works prior to commissioning.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated quality experience.
  • Postgraduate qualification.
  • Demonstrated personal commitment to health, safety and environment.
  • Leadership skills in risk management, compliance and auditing.
  • Tertiary engineering background.
