Civil Construction Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Lead to join our team in the Logan region. As a project lead, you will oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet agreed outcomes and comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, programs, and schedules.
  • Ensure project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage project financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate and manage client relationships.
  • Lead and motivate teams, subcontractors, and employees to achieve project goals.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction, preferably with subdivision project delivery.
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships and building positive relationships with subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
