Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Geotechnical Drillers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at heights and are passionate about delivering exceptional results in challenging environments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong understanding of geotechnical drilling techniques, including top hammer and down-the-hole (DTH) drilling, is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform geotechnical drilling operations using various techniques and equipment.
  • Operate Rope Access Marini/Wagon drills safely and efficiently.
  • Lead and supervise teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality results.
  • Prioritise safety above all else, adhering to strict WHS protocols.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Record and maintain accurate data related to drilling activities and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in geotechnical drilling.
  • IRATA Rope Access certification and Working Safely at Heights qualification.
  • High Risk Work licences (FL, C6, DG, RB) and Plant operator tickets (Excavator, telehandler, skid steer, loader) desirable.
