Civil Engineering Technologist

As a technologist, you'll have the opportunity to work on municipal projects and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional engineering services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Construction observation and control surveys
  • Topographic surveys and construction layout
  • Volume and as-built surveys
  • Maintaining client relations

In the office, you'll be responsible for:

  • AUTO CAD drafting and design
  • Construction cost estimates
  • Assisting in technical specifications preparation
  • Constructability and quality checks of drawing and tender packages

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited college
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • At least 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to travel and work extended hours
