Job Opportunity:

A unique position in the heart of a dynamic city, this role plays a vital part in grant program administration and financial management.

About the Position

  • Undertake key financial and systems activities that support the effective implementation and administration of grant funding and programs.
  • Draft, prepare and present financial reports, models, and submissions to support branch operations.
  • Liaise with grants administration staff and key stakeholders, and be the intermediary between Funding, Strategy, and finance teams.
  • Develop and implement financial and operational policies, processes, guidance, and procedures.
  • Build capacity amongst staff by providing guidance and training in the use of financial and grants management systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification required.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of systems and processes, undertaking advanced analysis, with the use of appropriate software, of grants, performance, financial data, and reporting of results.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
