We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Operations and Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the execution of critical product functions and drive visual merchandising strategies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management, stocking, planning, and logistics, as well as experience in product or visual merchandising. They will be responsible for leading a team of individuals who execute critical product functions, managing and owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, and driving team performance and development.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, empower, and develop team members. The successful candidate will also have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals who execute critical product functions
- Manage and own the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Drive visual merchandising strategies to create a world-class guest experience
- Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in inventory management, stocking, planning, and logistics
- 1 year leadership or management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
