Job Title: Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to maintain a safe workplace environment.

  • Maintain a safe working place and ensure personnel are trained and competent in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the planning department to mobilize and demobilize tooling and equipment as needed.
  • Provide transportation services for employees who work on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis.
  • Process and close work orders in a timely manner.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Evaluate and update equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes of consumables and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure efficient supply chain management.
About You

To be considered, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • A forklift operator certification (desired or willingness to obtain).
  • A solid understanding of how a workshop functions and manages its operations.
  • Experience in using inventory management systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and mobile devices such as Apple iOS iPads.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with valid work rights.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical checks and ongoing substance abuse testing.
  • Residency in Karratha, Western Australia.
