Job Title: Community Development Leader

About the Position

We are seeking a results-driven leader with experience in government, community, or stakeholder engagement. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing daily programs across Queensland.

  • Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, driving disaster recovery efforts, and representing the organisation at meetings and conferences.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in disaster recovery, community development, or emergency management.
  • Strong contract or program management skills – including monitoring KPIs & reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and inspire collaboratively across sectors.
