Job Description

As a leading provider of innovative hearing care solutions, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment for customer service professionals to excel in their careers.

This role is designed for individuals who thrive on interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Bundaberg, QLD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with our clinicians to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
