Job Opportunity: Senior Design Director - Corrections Sector

A senior design director role has become available for a major construction project in the corrections sector.

  • The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and compliance standards.

This is a high-profile role that requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in complex justice or prison facility projects.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven leadership experience in design direction for major commercial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the justice / corrections sector, including experience working on prisons, detention centers, or similar high-security facilities.
  • An ability to manage high-level government and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of large-scale project governance.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required.
