As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Manager in the day-to-day program management and delivery, ensuring that our young clients receive the highest level of care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the PALM residential program and CALM aftercare program.
  • Provide leadership and role modeling to all staff and residents.
  • Ensure that the household is a safe and supportive environment free from harassment.
  • Promote the knowledge and practices of a Therapeutic Community model of treatment.
