Job Title: Crisis Management Specialist

This role involves directly supporting the organisation's crisis and emergency response to major disruptive events.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training, testing, exercises, and debriefs to prepare senior leadership and business units for major disruptions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing responses to strategic and operational disruptive events, preferably within a critical infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance crisis and emergency response capabilities
  • Coordinate real-time crisis and emergency responses
  • Develop and maintain situational awareness and critical thinking skills
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in managing responses to strategic and operational disruptive events
  • Strong understanding of response team attributes such as situational awareness, critical thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making, and time & task management
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
