**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Develop and implement educational programs based on relevant curriculum frameworks and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
  2. Support every child's participation in the program, promoting agency, choices, and influence.
  3. Document children's learning according to the service philosophy and learning outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with educators, supporting each other's professional development.
  5. Establish and maintain respectful, supportive, collaborative, and responsive relationships with children and their families.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Certificate III or Diploma from a recognized college
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Child Protection qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations relating to the industry
