We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to fill a dynamic role as a Barista/All Rounder.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and confidence in engaging with customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages, working collaboratively with colleagues, and providing excellent customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages using the best brewing equipment available.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business goals.
  • Completing general duties such as serving salads and soups when not making coffee.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to food safety and hygiene practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role (Barista or Customer Service).
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • A positive attitude and confidence in engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
