Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Floorhand to join our drilling operations team at Ventia's Rig and Well Services. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our drilling rigs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of floorhands to achieve drilling objectives
  • Monitor and maintain drilling equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a safe working environment
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of drilling plans
Requirements
  • Previous experience in oil and gas drilling as a Lead Floorhand or above
  • FIFO or DIDO from Toowoomba
  • Accredited certification for the role (Certificate II and III in Onshore Oil/Gas Drilling)
  • Open Manual Drivers Licence (Car or Higher)
  • Australian-based experience
