We are seeking an experienced cloud consultant with expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our team.

As a cloud consultant, you will be responsible for managing production support operations, identifying and resolving post-deployment and existing issues in the production environment, analyzing data sent by digital meters and investigating related issues, and identifying issues in the UAT environment.

You will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving data-related issues raised by business analysts and operations teams, delivering interval and alarm data to downstream systems, checking job failures and providing resolutions with root cause analysis, and helping business teams analyze data for correctness for different digital meter types.

In addition, you will be involved in support activities such as handling client queries, ticket resolution, incidents, and identifying and performing root cause analysis for major incidents. You will also work on IoT components on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and perform reconciliation tasks to maintain data integrity.
