About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Construction Leader to join our team at McNab. As a leader in the construction industry, you will be responsible for driving the vision for your projects and managing the overall programme. This role involves identifying opportunities, mitigating risk, planning resourcing and programme, and embedding safety in design and delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, costs on site, variations, payment schedules, and all mandatory reporting.
  • Be accountable for team performance, setting expectations, creating opportunities, understanding individuals' motivators, and tapping into their unique strengths.
  • Drive the vision for your projects and manage the overall programme, adjusting as you go to create opportunities and respond to change.
  • Manage the head contract, letting schedule, and subcontract/supply agreements, and own the client relationship.

About You:

You are a construction management specialist, a leader of people, a manager of performance, and an advocate for safety. You own the results of your projects, run them as you would your own business, and get great pride from leading your team.
