Role OverviewThis full-time or part-time position (4 days per week) offers an opportunity to provide life-changing therapy as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Mandurah and surrounding areas.
Your Responsibilities- You'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, utilizing your assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- You'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams will be key components of this role.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Everyday Independence, you'll enjoy:
