Our company is looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Store Leader.

About This Role

This is a leadership opportunity that will enable you to take charge and make decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers, proactively contributing to creating an enjoyable team environment, and coordinating store activities to ensure successful operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by utilizing our C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Support team members in executing daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards
  • Lead by example, collaborate with management, and improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
  • Adhere to asset protection policies and procedures to prevent shortages, maintain inventory control, and ensure compliance
Requirements

We are seeking individuals who possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work on rotational shift basis. Candidates should have at least 4 years of total retail experience and a minimum A Level / SSCE/ Diploma or above qualification.

  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Possess intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale system
  • Demonstrated ability to climb ladders carrying merchandise daily and lift 15kg or more with assistance
  • Flexible to work nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as required
