The Role

We're seeking a Senior People Leader to join our team. As our first senior people leader, you'll have the chance to shape the people experience and culture of a company doing work that will literally change the world. You'll bring an analytical approach to building our People organization, instilling operational rigor to our workforce strategy, and ensuring that our organizational design allows for clarity, efficiency, and collaboration.

Other priorities include designing and driving transparent performance management processes and outcomes that align with our culture, creating a Learning and Development program that provides support for our growing managers and professional growth and development opportunities to everyone at Heirloom.
