About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Roma. As an Inclusion Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect within our centre
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
