Position Overview
The Implementation Strategist will play a critical role in the GPC Global Technology Center, responsible for managing the transition and adoption of Generative AI tools across the enterprise. The GPC Global Technology Center is at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create and execute change management plans that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement and adoption of Generative AI tools.
- Communication Management: Design and deliver effective communication plans to inform and engage users, stakeholders, and the broader enterprise audience about Generative AI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, addressing their concerns and expectations while providing regular updates and feedback loops.
- Training and Support: Develop and oversee training programs to ensure users are adequately prepared and supported during the transition to new AI tools and processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and resistance points, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks to ensure successful change implementation.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Track the progress and effectiveness of change management activities, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate change management activities with project plans. Will work closely with other Enterprise groups to effectively execute communications and strategies. Will collaborate with our global business units on Change Management Responsibilities and Communications.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Establish and manage feedback channels to continuously improve the adoption and usage of Generative AI tools.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field, preferably within a technology or software development environment.
- Change Management Certification: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and technologies, or a strong willingness to learn and understand these technologies.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing change within large-scale projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
