We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives in the Fujitsu Defence portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an OH&S strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an OH&S strategy that aligns with company values and goals
- Work closely with Regional and Site Managers to ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and standards
- Conduct incident investigations and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver safety initiatives to improve OH&S culture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of OH&S policies and procedures
- 4+ years of experience in managing safety in high-risk multisite environments
- OH&S degree or equivalent, membership of professional body (desirable)
- Experience in implementing and developing an OH&S culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
- Good IT skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, intranet)
- Ability to visit sites nationally
- Security clearances required
