Store Leadership Professional

Job Summary
As a seasoned retail professional, you will work in partnership with your Store Manager to inspire your team to achieve excellence in all areas of the store.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing sales targets and key performance indicators, and ensuring visual excellence of product displays. You will also be responsible for assisting with creating and reviewing store rosters, completing daily walkthroughs with the Visual Merchandiser, and delegating tasks to other Managers as needed.
Key Qualifications
- Proven ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to floor manage the team effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including people management, sales targets, campaign launches, visual merchandising, stock management, and in-store marketing
- Strong communication and delegation skills
