Job Description

We are seeking a fashion sales professional to join our team in Balmain. To be successful, you will require sound experience in online sales and marketing as well as strong face-to-face sales skills and customer service expertise. A thorough understanding of current fashion trends is essential.

This role involves not only showcasing the latest trends and styles but also inspiring and guiding customers on their fashion journeys. You will have the opportunity to elevate our brand presence both in-store and online through your knowledge of current fashion trends combined with your engaging content creation skills.

You will be the face of our brand, providing our shoppers with an unforgettable experience through personalized styling advice and compelling storytelling. Your creativity will shine whether you're curating visually stunning social media content, sharing styling tips or interacting with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate engaging fashion content for social media platforms and blogs.
  • Assist customers with personalized styling advice and recommendations in-store.
  • Plan and produce content with upcoming promotions and events.
  • Create visually appealing displays that reflect current trends and seasonal themes.
  • Monitor fashion trends to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to inform product selection.
  • Engage with the online community through comments, messaging, and live interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail, fashion styling or content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and visual presentation.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • A passion for fashion and a genuine desire to help others discover their personal style.
Benefits

This part-time position offers competitive hourly rates ranging from $27.00 - $35.00 per hour. Availability includes day shifts and weekend hours.

Experience

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in online fashion sales, marketing and social media in Australia. Fashion retail experience in Australia is also required.
