As an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting the time and payroll components of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) and/or SuccessFactors sub-modules. You will provide expert knowledge for designing and preparing functional specifications to enhance payroll components within SAP.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, configure, test, and support the time and payroll components of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) and/or SuccessFactors sub-modules.
  2. Provide expert knowledge for designing and preparing functional specifications to enhance payroll components within SAP.
  3. Plan and conduct unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing for payroll configurations and developments.
  4. Liaise with the business and consultants to summarize, determine, and prepare functional specifications, change requests, including design and configuration details.
  5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of payroll activities and processes to enhance efficiency.
  6. Support the Payroll Department with system queries, providing mentoring and guidance in areas of expertise.
  7. Execute testing plans for payroll system configuration changes and manage effective communication and ticketing.

About Your Profile:

You should have 5-8 years of experience with SAP HR/SuccessFactors EC Payroll, including process mapping, configuration, technical specs creation, testing, requirements gathering, and change management activities. Experience with SAP Time Evaluation is preferred. General knowledge of HR Payroll and SAP HCM modules, along with cross-module awareness within SAP ERP, is required.

Additionally, you should have working knowledge of payroll business processes and SAP tools such as LSMW, workflow, and portal. Technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll configuration and integration points is strongly preferred.
